You may know that Billy and Christie’s daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, was admitted to the Hospital on Saturday December 5th, 2009. We are happy to report that she is doing well, and appreciate your many kind words and compassionate support. However, some media outlets chose to sensationalize and distort the facts, hence, Billy and Christie have issued the following statement.

FACE 2 FACE CONCERTS IN OAKLAND AND SAN JOSE ARE RESCHEDULED FOR FEBRUARY 2010

San Francisco, CA, November 19 - Face 2 Face promoters Live Nation and Another Planet Entertainment, as well as Oracle Arena and HP Pavilion, are pleased to announce that the Billy Joel & Elton John concerts in the Bay Area have been rescheduled.

The rescheduled Oracle Arena date is Saturday, February 13th and the HP Pavilion date is rescheduled for February 16th. The showtime for both concerts is 7:30pm.

FACE 2 FACE CONCERT IN BUFFALO IS RESCHEDULED FOR MARCH 9, 2010

Buffalo, NY -- The Billy Joel & Elton John Face 2 Face concert scheduled for December 4 at HSBC Arena has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 7:30pm.

All tickets currently being held for the December 4 Face 2 Face concert will be valid for the rescheduled March 9 concert, and tickets are still available at Tickets.com, HSBC Arena Box Office, all Tickets.com Outlets, or Charge By Phone at 888-223-6000. If necessary, refunds are available at point of purchase.

Promoter Live Nation and KeyArena are pleased to announce that the Elton John & Billy Joel Face 2 Face concerts originally scheduled for November 4 & 7, 2009 have been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 3 and Saturday, February 6, 2010.

All tickets currently being held for the Wednesday, November 4 concert will be valid for the rescheduled Wednesday, February 3 concert.

All tickets currently being held for the Saturday, November 7 concert will be valid for the rescheduled Saturday, February 6 concert.

The Billy Joel & Elton John Face 2 Face concert scheduled for November 28th, 2009, at the Verizon Arena has been canceled. Scheduling conflicts will preclude the concert from being included in the February 2010 rescheduled Tour.
