Neither of these songs were played on Brisbane, so I would doubt that the Sydney song-list would be different. Ballad of Billy the Kid is a great song though! ( From memory, he did play it on his 2006 tour)
Last night, I attended my 3rd Billy Joel concert (all in Brisbane, Australia). It was a great night - and I thought it was a real bonus to see him performing out here again (I honestly thought the last time he was here would be the last time I would see him in concert).
