Just got home from BrisVegas after the Thursday night show. I've been going to Billy's concerts since the 1986 Bridge tour when he came to Brisbane twice in the one year and I was hooked! I've had the front row before and been able to run down the front, but they restrict how many rows of people can run down the front each year and I haven't been able to since the Storm Front tour. Boy is it worth it, I managed to get right in front of the stage mid centre and I shook his hand 3 times. I will never forget it and the other band members were great too especially Mark Rivera (who I mistook for Ritchie Cannata-oops) and the musical director on guitar and Crystal-who doesn't dance as much as she used to...
Berrie I don't think everyone is too old to dance they are just too scared unless others join in (not me). in 2006 I got up for a heap of songs as I wasn't allowed to run down the front. This time I restrained myself, and waited till I could run down the front. I really wish I had of danced to Zanzibar though I was dying too, and Don't ask me why also!
Wish I was there tonight as well but I don't think I could top my experience from Thursday, so I'll just reminisce.....
Love you Billyxx
