The Billy Joel Channel Returns to SiriusXM on February 1st

Billy Joel’s exclusive SiriusXM channel will run February 1 through March 2 on channel 30 on satellite radios and on channel 716 on the SiriusXM app

Channel to include new weekly series where Joel plays DJ, playing artists he admires most

SiriusXM announced today that The Billy Joel Channel, an exclusive channel featuring the works of legendary musician Billy Joel, will return to SiriusXM on Thursday, February 1 on channel 30 on satellite radios and on Channel 716 on the SiriusXM app.

Billy Joel’s exclusive SiriusXM channel, The Billy Joel Channel, will feature music spanning his decades-long career, including songs from his live and studio albums. The channel will feature new and exclusive stories and insights from Joel not previously heard on the channel. SiriusXM listeners will also be treated to Joel playing every American Beatles LP, track by track and sharing some very memorable stories.

Additionally, The Billy Joel Channel will have a new series, BJ the DJ. The weekly show will feature Billy playing some of the artists he admires most. Each show will be focused on a different genre of music including Pop, Rock and R&B.  Billy will host this series while sitting at his piano illustrating musically and verbally each song he selects.

The limited-run channel will launch on Thursday, February 1 at 12:00 pm ET and will run through Friday, March 2 at 3:00 am ET, on channel 716 on the SiriusXM app and channel 30 on satellite radios.
