TICKETS ON SALE TO GENERAL PUBLIC FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20 AT 10AM
[December 19, 2013, New York, NY] – Madison Square Garden Entertainment announced today that music icon Billy Joel has added a ninth show at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, as part of the Time Warner Cable Concert Series. The performance is part of Joel’s franchise run at The World’s Most Famous Arena.
Joel has become Madison Square Garden’s first-ever music franchise and will kick off this franchise at MSG performing a show a month, as long as there is demand, beginning in January 2014. The just announced September 17 show, along with the previously announced August 7 show, will be available for purchase by the general public beginning at 10AM (EST) on Friday, December 20th via ticketmaster.com and by calling 866-858-0008. Citi cardmembers have access to preferred tickets via citiprivatepass.com. Tickets will also be available at the Madison Square Garden box office on Saturday, December 21. The seven previously announced shows -- January 27, February 3, March 21, April 18, May 9, June 21, July 2 show -- are sold out. Prices range from $64.50 to $124.50. The concerts are being promoted by MSG Entertainment in association with AEG Live and Q104.3.
