fantastic box set! billy joel never ceases to amaze me every time i listen to his songs! he is truly one of the greatest piano men of all time Smiling

Amazing music from the only Piano Man. Great album. Billy Joel has also helped me on the piano, and with music period. The Stranger is one of the best albums ever!

I love this album!!! Billy Joel has been one of my main "teachers" on the piano. I learned to play by copying what I heard on his songs. The Stranger is probably my favorite of all of his songs, alongside Piano Man and Keeping the Faith.

Piano Man #1

Just bought this limited edition box set whilst on holiday in New England last week.
Already thrilled at the inclusion of the little "notebook" which shows all the original hand-written lyrics by Joel (and the changes to words that he made whilst composing the superb original Stranger LP).

Can't wait to play of the old BBC Whistle Test tracks as this show is rarely shown by the BBC ) I think I've only seen it broadcast twice in the UK in my lifetime) and is always in an edited version.

Great treat.
