Hi Billy. Happy Birthday! I’m just one of millions of fans who is totally mesmerized by your talent. For me it feels very personal. You were one of the first persons I got at a time when I didn’t understand people. I remember a day I believe in 98 when you looked at me on the docks in Sag Harbor. You turned around and there you were. You flashed a great big smile. I’m sorry I didn’t smile back, I was a little overwhelmed. I wanted to run up to you give you a big hug and tell you how much I love your music and enjoyed your concerts. But I’m sure you are a very private person.
