I'm not the kind of person who blogs because I always thought a blog was the blues you get when you are in a fog. Billy has a way of getting rid of the blogs or just make them feel better when I hear his music. Like a lot of fans I became one after hearing "Just the Way You Are". I'm an Asperger's advocate and poet who can say she has been Billy Joel Psychic since around 1981/82. I dreampt him singing his song Laura to me before it was released. I thought it would have been nice for him to have been on the Ed Sullivan show. He then made an Ed Sullivan like parody. I imagined him hanging out with Marlyn Matlin. Sure enough they were soon hanging out together. Did I want him to record "When You Wish Upon a Star" before he recorded it. Sure no problem. Before the US Soviet cultural exchange I thought he would play the Soviet Union and the press would have a big to do about it. When he was making Stormfront I thought it might sound like a John Denver album. He soon said in an interview that the East End (or what I call the East Beginning) was so nice he didn't want it to sound like a John Denver album. A couple of years before he wrote "We Didn't Start the Fire" I had imagined he would write a timeline song that would list historic events. I thought it would be about ancient history and not the last part of the 20th century. For a while before River of Dreams I thought Christie would do cover art for him sooner or later. I imagined him doing a lot of concerts and saw the image in my head of him at a stadium with a wrecking ball behind it. Last play at Shea prohapsThe title for Fantasis and Delusions also came to me in a dream back in 95. My latest prediction was the next face to face tour. I hope I can get floor seats like I imagined. There are some things I predicted that have not come true, a Broadway musical of new material, an album of Jazz piano, and maybe some more recordings of his classical music. I have a feeling he might write an album of pop songs with others singing on them. But what is important is what makes an artist happy. And of course I adore his eclecticism, sweeping melodies and existential lyrics. They really are good for the blogs. Sorry for the spelling errors.

Hi musicconnection
Me and my friends all have Asperger's. We met at a support group. I think anyone who is lonely and misunderstood can understand Billy. Billy is kind of a loner and is good at mimmicing so we kind of get that. We are also tired of a society that likes to pity us so the line. "I never said I was a victim of circumstance" has a special meaning for me. Most of my friends are younger than me. Only one is a fan but she isn't nearly as obsessed as I am.
